Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 310 ml water, lukewarm
- 400 g flour, type 550
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 15 g butter, soft
- 1 ½ tbsp milk powder
- ¾ tsp dry yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Chocolate Loaf
Add the ingredients one at a time to the bread baking tray (allowing the yeast to only touch the flour). Set the program to normal/white bread and the browning level to normal or light brown. After baking, remove the bread from the baking pan and, if necessary, remove the dough hook (this can also be removed after the final kneading before baking). Cool on a wire rack and then store in a bread bin, or freeze in portions.
