Chocolate Bun
The perfect chocolate bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 340 ml Milk warm
- 0,5 Yeast cubes
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 600 g Flour
- 1 Pr Salt
- 100 g Margarine soft
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Milk
- 1,5 Panel Chocolate
- Butter for brushing
- Powdered sugar
- Mix the milk, yeast, sugar, V-sugar and 2 tablespoons of the flour and let stand covered for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining flour, salt and margarine and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 12-15 portions. Break up the chocolate and distribute it over the dough portions according to taste (amount).
- Roll up the dough and place on a baking sheet with baking paper. Cover with a cloth and let rise for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
- Whisk the egg with the milk and brush the rolls. Let bake for 20 minutes.
- Brush with soft butter immediately after baking and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
