Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g powdered sugar
  • 175 g butter, soft
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For decorating cupcakes and cakes

Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder into a large bowl. Add the butter and mix with a mixer. Add the water and mix until soft and fluffy. This mixture will cover 9-12 cupcakes.
