Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 70 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 360 g sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp instant coffee powder
- 480 ml water
- 200 ml oil
- Fat for the mold
- 150 g peanut butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g chocolate drops, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours

In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt, and coffee powder. Add water and oil and mix until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 25-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the pan comes out clean. For the glaze, melt the dark chocolate and peanut butter either in a double boiler or in the microwave. Spread the glaze over the warm cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let the cake cool for about 2 hours until the glaze has set.
