Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 75 ml milk
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
for a 28cm springform pan
Grease a 28 cm springform pan. Preheat the oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time and mix. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then add and mix. Now add the milk and mix. Pour the batter into the springform pan, smooth it down, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
