- 4 Pc Eggs
- 200 g Dark chocolate (e.g. men’s chocolate)
- 100 g Butter or margarine
- 0,75 Long drink glass Sugar
- 0,5 Long drink glass Flour
- 4 tbsp Pine nuts, original Italian
- 1 tsp Ceylon Canehl fine cinnamon
- The recipe has been with me for many years – I learned it back then as an au pair in Israel. It’s super quick, always works and so far everyone has liked it. Separate eggs. Slowly melt the chocolate and butter in a pan on the lowest setting. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites with a little sugar until stiff. Then stir the egg yolks well, add the rest of the sugar and beat again vigorously. Also stir in the flour and Ceylon Canehl cinnamon. Now remove the melted butter and chocolate from the heat. Stir both slowly in the pan until a homogeneous mass is formed. Grease the cake pan and preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Stir the chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mixture. Finally, carefully fold in the egg whites and pine nuts. Put the finished dough in the cake pan and put it in the oven. There the cake bakes for about 10-15 minutes.
