Fruit Pancakes

The perfect fruit pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Fruit
  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Then eggs, buttermilk and oil. Rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Then add the fruits and slowly bake them in a pan over medium heat.
