Chocolate Cake in Egg
The perfect chocolate cake in egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 35 g Butter
- 75 g Couverture
- 12 Eggshells
- 3 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 90 g Sugar
- 75 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Melt the couverture and butter together in a double boiler.
- Carefully open the eggs at the top, pour out the inside of the egg.
- For 3 eggs, separate the yolk from the egg white.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Add the sugar to the egg yolk and stir until frothy.
- Stir in the melted couverture with the butter as well.
- Carefully fold in the egg foam, mix the flour and baking powder and mix into the batter.
- Boil the eggshells and place them on the prepared aluminum foil egg cups.
- Fill the eggs three-quarters with the batter and bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
