Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 250 g butter, soft
- 400 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 8 eggs
- 350 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 600 g double cream cheese
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- Fat and flour for the mold
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Chop the chocolate and melt it over a water bath. Beat the butter, 250g sugar and the vanilla sugar until creamy. Beat in four eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and beat in alternately with 75ml milk. Stir in the chocolate and cocoa powder. Beat four eggs and 150g sugar until creamy. Then beat in the cream cheese and cornstarch. Pour 2/3 of the chocolate batter into a greased and floured savarin dish with a diameter of 26cm, spreading a little batter up the edges. Pour the cheese mixture into the hollow. Mix the remaining batter with 25ml milk and spread over the cheese mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (fan oven) for about one hour. Allow to cool and dust with icing sugar.
