Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 75 g butter, soft
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 eggs
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 500 g ricotta, quark or cream cheese
- 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla)
- 200 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead flour, salt, 75g sugar, butter, egg yolks, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (more or less to taste) into a dough and line a greased springform pan. Whisk together the crème fraîche, ricotta, 125g sugar, custard powder, and eggs. Mix 1/3 of the cream with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Spread both creams on the pastry base as desired, either in a pattern or layered in a white-brown-white pattern. Bake on the middle rack at 180°C (160°C fan oven) for about 1 hour.
