Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml oil
  • chocolate chips
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chocolate muffins with cheesecake filling, makes about 20 muffins

For the batter, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and oil in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into approximately 20 muffin cups. For the filling, combine the cream cheese, egg, and sugar and spread the mixture over the batter with a teaspoon. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) on the middle rack for approximately 20-25 minutes.
