Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 100 g chocolate (e.g. chocolate bunnies, Santa Clauses, etc.)
  • 175 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ small bottle(s) flavoring (vanilla)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare a muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Drain the cherries. Roughly chop the chocolate. Beat the margarine, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Sift over the muffin tin and stir briefly. Fold in the drained cherries and chopped chocolate. Divide the batter among the muffin tins. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
