Delicious chocolate cookies

In a bowl, cream the softened butter with the raw cane sugar, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy. Mix the flour with the cornstarch, baking soda, and salt and add to the mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and chill the batter for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the batter from the refrigerator and place it in portions on the baking sheet using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop. Leave enough space between the cookies. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. Remove and carefully place on a wire rack to cool.
