Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 150 g chocolate (chocolate drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cookies with hazelnuts and chocolate

Using a hand mixer, combine margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until creamy. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and hazelnuts, and finally add the chocolate chips. Drop small heaping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then bake for about 15 minutes at 175°C (top/bottom heat) until golden brown.
