Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g chocolate drops, whole milk
  • 10 tsp Nutella

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

simple and delicious, makes about 16 pieces.

In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar using a hand mixer on low speed, then add the egg. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt and baking powder and slowly add to the mixture. Lastly, add the chocolate chips and chill the dough for about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat). Roll the dough into small balls, flatten them and place a dollop of Nutella (as needed) in the center. Fold the cookie in half, press down, carefully shape it into a ball and flatten it again. Place on a baking sheet, leaving about 5 cm between each ball and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Makes about 16 cookies.
