Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 ml milk
- some butter for baking the pancakes
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the chocolate into small pieces with a knife and mix it with the other ingredients in a large bowl. Then heat a pan over medium heat and slowly fry the pancakes in butter. This recipe makes about 6-8 pancakes, depending on the size of your pan.
