Tomato dip with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g tomatoes, pickled
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) black pepper
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion and garlic and add them to a large bowl with the other ingredients. Then blend everything with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper. I recommend serving it with some garlic bread and fresh basil.
