Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 bar of chocolate (milk)
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 3 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
- 100 g chocolate coating
- 1 cake base (sponge cake)
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- some sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with 1 cup of cream and then let it cool in the refrigerator. Cover the sponge cake base with melted chocolate. Then, whip the other cup of cream with a little sugar, 1 sachet of cream stiffener, and chocolate sprinkles until stiff. Pour the mixture onto the base. Top with mandarins or other fruit. Finally, whip the ice-cold chocolate cream with the cream stiffener and spread it on the cake. Garnish as desired.
