Chocolate Coins
The perfect chocolate coins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Butter
For the glaze:
- 1 cups Chocolateglaze
For the dough:
- Mix flour and baking powder, sieve, transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs and butter and knead.
- Shape the dough into small balls and press them flat. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 13 minutes.
For the glaze:
- Melt the chocolate icing in the microwave or in a double boiler and spread it on the cookies.
