Chocolate Coins

The perfect chocolate coins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Butter

For the glaze:

  • 1 cups Chocolateglaze

For the dough:

  1. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve, transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs and butter and knead.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls and press them flat. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 13 minutes.

For the glaze:

  1. Melt the chocolate icing in the microwave or in a double boiler and spread it on the cookies.
