Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 8 tbsp dark chocolate shavings
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For three large cookies.

Knead the flour with sugar, butter, and egg. Once the dough is smooth, add the cocoa powder, chocolate shavings (or any finely chopped chocolate), and oil, and knead quickly again. Form three equal-sized balls, flatten them with moistened fingers, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan/convection oven) and bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes. They’re done when the edges are lightly browned. Remove the cookies from the oven and carefully place them on a plate to cool. Serve the cooled or slightly warm cookies with cold milk or hot chocolate!
