Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g dark chocolate
- 50 g milk chocolate
- 60 g butter, soft
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cocoa

Slowly melt 75g of the dark chocolate. Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy. Next, stir in the egg, followed by the melted chocolate. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and briefly stir into the butter and sugar mixture. Roughly chop 50g of the dark chocolate and 50g of the milk chocolate and fold into the batter. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place small heaps of dough (approx. 20) on top using a teaspoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for approximately 12-15 minutes.
