- 200 g smoked salmon
- 170 g cream cheese, natural
- 70 g crème fraîche, herbs
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, freshly ground

First, finely dice the onions and mix them with the cream cheese and crème fraîche until creamy. Blend the salmon, not too finely, and stir it into the cream cheese mixture. Season with a pinch of pepper and, if desired, fold in some thinly sliced spring onions. Delicious with boiled potatoes, as an aperitif, for example, on crackers, as a dip for vegetable sticks, or simply as a spread on bread.
