Chocolate Cookies in Bottle

The perfect chocolate cookies in bottle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 40 g Cane sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 160 g Sifted flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 25 g Cocoa powder
  • 85 g Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 75 g Fine oatmeal
  • 60 g Chocolate drops
  • 1 bottle With at least 500 ml content e.g. from Weck)
  1. Here you will find a recipe for a small gift idea as a souvenir or simply as a small gift. The “ready-made baking mix” is ideal for preparing. So far, all of my recipients have been happy about it. Simply pour the ingredients listed above neatly into a bottle one after the other, after each ingredient tap the bottle on a firm surface so that it becomes even and smooth and now and then press a little bit tight with a pestle (I always use the one for our cocktails), put the lid on and done. The bottle should really be full to the brim so that the ingredients don’t mix during transport, so if you need to, take a few more chocolate drops. Finally, write a card with the baking instructions and off you go to give away.

Here are the baking instructions

  1. Beat 100 g. Soft butter 1 egg (size L) until foamy, stir in the baking mixture and form balls about the size of a walnut. Press flat on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 170 degrees. Makes about 30 pieces
