Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 100 g dark chocolate
- g Nutella
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
Mix the butter and sugar thoroughly. Then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix everything well. Put the flour and baking soda in a bowl and mix. Then add them little by little to the dough and mix until everything is well combined. Now add the finely chopped dark chocolate to the dough. To shape the cookies, take a large spoonful of dough in the palm of your hand and press it flat. Add some Nutella to the center – as much or as little as you like. Then wrap the Nutella in the dough so that it is no longer visible and place the balls on a baking sheet with enough space between them to allow for the balls to spread out. Continue in this way until all the dough is used up. Bake the cookies at 180°C (fan oven) for approx. 12-14 minutes. We think they taste best when still warm.
