Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 60 g cranberries, dried or raisins
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 70 g oil (sunflower oil)
  • 300 g yogurt or buttermilk

First, preheat the oven to 180°C and then grease a 12-cup muffin tin. You’ll need two bowls. In one, combine the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and cranberries. In the other, whisk the egg with the sugar, oil, and yogurt. Then, pour the flour mixture onto the egg mixture and mix briefly. Pour the batter evenly into the 12-cup muffin tin and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
