Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 packs of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 egg whites

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 50 minutes

Melt the chocolate and stir in the cream. Heat, then chill overnight if possible. Combine the butter, sugar, eggs, and cocoa powder in a bowl. Combine the flour, baking powder, and pudding powder and add to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and bake in a cake tin at 160°C for about 60 minutes. Whisk the prepared chocolate cream until stiff, add 2 stiffly beaten egg whites, and mix well. Cut the cooled cake base in half once or twice and fill the gaps with chocolate cream. Cover the top of the cake again with a little chocolate cream, then decorate as desired (e.g., with chocolate sprinkles).
