Chocolate cream dessert with chili

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bar of chocolate (dark chili chocolate, 100 g)
  • 400 g sweet cream
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • Chili, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 11 hours; Total time approx. 11 hours 15 minutes

Bring 200 grams of cream to a boil. Melt the chocolate bar in the boiling cream while stirring. Season with freshly ground chili to your desired spiciness. Then let the cream cool and refrigerate for about 10 hours. Before serving, whip 200 ml of cream until stiff peaks form, reserving a little extra cream for garnish and folding it into the cream. Ladle into bowls, decorate with dollops of cream, and refrigerate for another hour.
