Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g rice (risotto)
- 70 g chocolate, white
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 750 ml milk
- 60 g raisins
- 150 ml cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine milk, cream, cinnamon stick, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Add the raisins, risotto, and sugar and cook for 20 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove the cinnamon stick, add the chocolate, and let it melt.
