Chocolate cream made from just two ingredients

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), approx. 100 g
  • 5 g baking cocoa
  • possibly cinnamon powder, vanilla or gingerbread spice
  • e.g. honey or sweetener
  • e.g. rusks (spelt rusks) or other baked goods

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mash or puree a banana. Then mix in the cocoa powder. You can also use more cocoa powder, or add cinnamon, vanilla, gingerbread spice, or, if it’s not sweet enough for you, sweetener, honey, or another sweetener of your choice. I put the cream in the freezer for another 15-30 minutes, and it reached a great consistency. In the photo, you can see the cream on spelt rusks.
