Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g puff pastry (frozen), 2 sheets
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 4 tbsp muesli (chocolate muesli)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Defrost the puff pastry according to the instructions. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan: 180°C). Brush the puff pastry with milk, sprinkle evenly with muesli, and press down. Cut each sheet of dough into 5 equal strips. Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, place a second sheet of baking paper on top, and weigh them down with another baking sheet. After 15 minutes of baking, remove the top baking sheet and the baking paper. After about 20 minutes, slide the crispy sticks, still on the baking paper, onto a wire rack and let them cool. Tip: You can spread the chocolate crispy sticks with jam or quark, for example. This makes them even more delicious!
