Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled if desired
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly capers
  • possibly olives, black
  • possibly basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious sauce for pasta

Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and finely chopped garlic. Add the tuna and bring to a boil briefly. Peel the tomatoes, if necessary, cut them into small cubes, and add them as well. Stir the cream into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes and then serve with spaghetti or other pasta. If you want to vary the sauce, you can also add capers and/or black olives and season with fresh basil.
