Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 175 g biscuits (chocolate biscuits), finely crumbled
- 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 large banana(s)
- 2 tbsp ladyfingers, crumbled
- Chocolate shavings (chocolate curls), for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 35 minutes
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the biscuit crumbs and mix in. Pour the biscuit mixture into a 24 cm tart pan, filling the edges as well. Press the mixture down firmly. Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow the biscuit base to set. Meanwhile, for the filling, prepare a chocolate pudding with the milk and sugar. Pour the chocolate pudding into a bowl and stir continuously until cool. A skin should not form on the surface. Peel and slice the banana, then spread it over the biscuit base in the pan. Pour the chocolate pudding into the pan and smooth it down. Then let it set completely in the refrigerator. Sprinkle with the crumbled biscuit and garnish with the chocolate curls before serving.
