Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 120 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 70 g wheat flour
  • 2 sachets of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 2 packs of chocolate (chocolate drops, 75 g each)

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: approximately 200°C, fan oven: approximately 180°C, gas mark 3-4). For the dough, prepare a sponge mixture from the ingredients. Finally, fold in half of the chocolate chips. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps of dough onto baking sheets lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between each heap. Top the remaining chocolate chips with the remaining chocolate chips. Place the baking sheets one after the other (together if using fan oven) in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes each. Remove the pastries, including the baking paper, from the baking sheets to wire racks and allow to cool.
