Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g flour, smooth
- 8 egg whites
- 160 g sugar
- 160 g dark chocolate coating
- 160 g butter
- Butter and breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Place the butter and chocolate coating in an 80°C oven and melt. Then beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the flour. Finally, fold in the melted butter and chocolate coating mixture. Pour the batter into a buttered and breadcrumb-dusted Bundt pan. Bake at 180°C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
