Chocolate flan cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 330 g buttermilk
  • 220 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 170 g cream cheese
  • 400 g condensed milk, sweetened
  • 300 g condensed milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavor
  • 90 ml caramel sauce
  • 200 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and sift through a sieve. Then stir in the buttermilk, sugar, melted butter, and 1 egg. Combine the cream cheese, the remaining 3 eggs, sweetened and unsweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Grease a Bundt pan with butter and add 60g of the caramel sauce. Pour in the chocolate batter and cream cheese mixture one at a time. Be careful not to mix the layers. Place the pan on a deep baking sheet and fill it with water. Cover the Bundt cake with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes. Then remove from the oven and turn out. Pour the remaining caramel sauce over the cake and fill the hole with fresh strawberries. You can use any other fruit instead of strawberries.
