Ingredients
- 1 Egg Whites
- 250 ml Cream
- 100 g Chocolate - depending on the taste, soft, whole milk or white
- 4 tbsp Chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Beat egg whites and cream separately until stiff. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Fold the egg whites into the chocolate and gradually stir in the cream.
- Fill the chocolate and cream mixture into 4 dessert bowls and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and serve ... Enjoy your meal 🙂
