Ingredients
- 5 Spruce irritant - but you can also use other forest mushrooms
- 1 Fresh onion
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Italian vegetable broth *
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 tbsp Cream 30% fat
- 3 tbsp Cooked rice
Instructions
- Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Heat the butter in a pan.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Sauté together with the onions in the butter.
- Season with vegetable stock, pepper and salt and stir in the cream.
- Finally, add the boiled rice and heat it in the mushroom sauce.
- Place on a preheated plate and garnish with a little parsley.
