Ingredients
 

  • 5 Spruce irritant - but you can also use other forest mushrooms
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Italian vegetable broth *
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Cream 30% fat
  • 3 tbsp Cooked rice

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Heat the butter in a pan.
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Sauté together with the onions in the butter.
  • Season with vegetable stock, pepper and salt and stir in the cream.
  • Finally, add the boiled rice and heat it in the mushroom sauce.
  • Place on a preheated plate and garnish with a little parsley.
