Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g chocolate, dark
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 50 g flour
- 3 eggs

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
French chocolate tarts
Slowly melt the butter and chocolate together in a double boiler. Add the sugar and stir. Finally, alternately stir in the eggs and flour. Pour the batter into muffin cups and freeze for about an hour. Preheat the oven to 150°C and bake the cakes for about 20 minutes. Carefully remove them from the cups (they break easily!) and serve hot. Ideally, the cakes should be firm on the outside and soft on the inside. I like to serve them with vanilla ice cream and wild berries.
