Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler and let cool. Mix with sour cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Finally, add the powdered sugar and mix well. The amount of powdered sugar can be adjusted depending on the sweetness or consistency. The specified amount ensures a nice, firm frosting. This makes enough frosting for approximately 15 cupcakes with plenty of frosting.
