Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g chocolate, dark
  • 95 g flour
  • 15 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 110 g sunflower oil
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 20 g pistachios or other toppings of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Line a 20 x 20 cm baking sheet with baking paper. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly while you prepare the other ingredients. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the dark chocolate, oil, and vanilla extract to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes. Then let the brownies cool. Melt the white chocolate and spread it over the brownies. Decorate with pistachios or to taste. The Chocolate Fudge Brownies contain 200 kcal per serving.
