Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 30 ml rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Spread the ground hazelnuts thinly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Combine all ingredients in a tall, narrow mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Pour into a small glass and let cool in the refrigerator. Tip: Vary the type of chocolate according to your taste. The cream also tastes great with milk chocolate or dark 40% chocolate.
