Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tube(s) food coloring, blue, red, yellow, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the flour with a pinch of salt. Then add half of the milk and mix everything into a smooth batter. Stir in the eggs, sugar, and remaining milk. Divide the batter into six small bowls and color each red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. For the orange color, mix a little red and yellow. For the purple batter, mix red and blue. Heat a non-stick pan and add the pancake batter in portions, cooking thoroughly. Start with the purple batter. Stack the finished pancakes on a plate, sorted by color, and serve.
