Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter or margarine
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate, dark
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream butter or margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and the beaten egg until fluffy. Sift together the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and add to the mixture. Chop the chocolate into small cubes and stir in with the chopped hazelnuts. Using two teaspoons, place walnut-sized mounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until light golden brown.
