Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g chocolate, dark
  • 35 g cocoa powder
  • 8 g vanilla sugar
  • 300 g milk
  • 400 g cream
  • 60 g rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the chocolate, warm it in milk (in the microwave), stir, add the remaining ingredients, blend well with an immersion blender, and finish in the ice cream maker. This ice cream can be portioned from the freezer. The recipe is designed for a 1.5-liter ice cream maker.
