Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g chocolate coating
- 5 egg yolks
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
chocolate ice cream
Boil the milk. Beat the sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Dissolve the chocolate coating in the milk. Stir the chocolate milk with the sugar and egg mixture, stirring until thickened (do not boil). Strain through a fine sieve and cool quickly. Freeze in an ice cream maker or freezer.
