Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml milk
- 400 ml cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- Chocolate shavings
- 2 cl cherry brandy or Cointreau
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
with alcohol
Melt the chocolate in the milk over low heat, let it cool slightly. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Carefully but thoroughly mix the chocolate mixture into the cream. Mix in the grated chocolate and alcohol. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze.
