Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp water, hot
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 9 large chocolate kisses
- 6 small chocolate kisses
- 250 g quark
- ¼ liter whipped cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine the eggs, sugar, and hot water in a bowl and beat until frothy. Carefully fold in the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approx. 15 minutes. Remove the foam wafer from the large marshmallows. Crush the foam and chocolate coating, mix with the lemon juice and quark. Then whip the cream and fold in. Pour this mixture onto the cake base and spread it evenly. For decoration, halve the small marshmallows and decorate the cake as desired. Tip: You can also use colored chocolate sprinkles for decoration.
