Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp flour
- 5 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 12 chocolate kisses
- 500 g quark
- 1 cup sour cream
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 dashes lemon juice
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 5 tbsp cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C. Mix ingredients 1-5 into a batter (add a little cocoa for a dark cake base). Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake for about 15 minutes. Place the finished cake base on a cake plate and place a cake ring around it. Spread the cranberries on top and then the cream (simply mix the remaining ingredients, except for the marshmallow bases, with a hand mixer). If desired, you can add some chocolate chips to the cream. Place the cake in the refrigerator. Done! If you like, you can decorate the cake with chocolate chips and press the marshmallow bases onto the cake (all the way around). Tip: This cake base is a really great all-rounder (comparable to a quick sponge cake).
