Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cake base, ready-made
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 pack of chocolate kisses (mini chocolate kisses, mixed)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

ideal for a child’s birthday party

Separate the wafer base from the marshmallows and set aside. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the marshmallow filling with the quark, adding a little milk if necessary until the mixture is less thick. Spread the mixture over the cake base and arrange the reserved wafer bases decoratively on top of the cake. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until ready to serve.
