Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 12 chocolate kisses
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Remove the chocolate kiss bases and set aside. Press the remaining chocolate kisses into small pieces and mix with the low-fat quark and milk until smooth. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener. Now fold the cream into the mixture and spread everything over the cake base. As a garnish, arrange the chocolate kiss bases on top. It tastes best if you refrigerate the cake for about half an hour.
